Office Manager

Manufacturing / molding company in Kannapolis is looking for an Office Manager
The position is starting in late October but taking resumes and interviews now.
Office responsibilities would include:
-Entering Invoices / PO's into accounting software
-Scheduling and completing paperwork for deliveries and pickups
-HR Responsibilities such as payroll, insurance and employee records
-Overseeing employees and completing administrative tasks
-Forwarding phone calls and greeting occasional visitors
Small office with a wide range of responsibilities, from ordering supplies to updating and changing office processes.
Full time 40 hours a week
8am-5pm Daily with 1 hour lunch
Mon-Fri Schedule
Applicant Needs:
-High attention to detail
-Quickbooks or Accounting software experience
-Ability to learn, document (and help automate) new processes
-Good interpersonal skills, managing people
-Windows 7, MS Office, Google Calendars
Will hopefully have:
-3 years of relevant experience (flexible with right skills)
-Certification in Office Skills
Pay scale from $25k to $35k depending on skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
