will work collaboratively with the Chief Information Officer, Business Systems Director, the Director of IT Infrastructure, and the business operating groups to assist in the management of the Application Portfolio and Infrastructure to ensure speed of delivery, quality of product, risk management approaches, and product costs are consistent with all strategies and objectives.

This position is responsible for the implementation and management of Microsoft SharePoint and Autonomy Filesite. This position is expected to provide end-to-end enterprise SharePoint architecture, providing daily administration, support and deployments of applications within the SharePoint SP2007/SP2010 environments. Will be responsible for the patch/hotfix deployments, capacity and performance management, incident/problem resolution and root cause analysis. This position is also responsible for the writing of technical documentation including, but not limited to user guides, configuration artifacts, infrastructure/technical diagrams, installation qualifications, and validation. The SharePoint-ECM Engineer will work closely with the business units and business analysts to identify business requirements, formulate designs, and implement the
. This position will be responsible for acting as a lead in technical analysis, design and engineering of core business applications as they relate to SharePoint.

Responsibilities and Duties of the SharePoint Administrator:
The SharePoint-ECM Engineer is responsible for (though not limited to):
Design/develop or support the efforts of custom solutions in a SharePoint environment using the following toolset: SharePoint Object Model, .NET/C#/JQuery, Visual Studio 2010/Team Foundation Server, SQL Server Stored Procedures, Microsoft Entity Framework, Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Provide or support the efforts of end-to-end enterprise Web application architecture and development.
Provide software architecture, software design and development, and developing associated documentation.
Work closely with the business analysts and senior developers to identify business requirements, formulate designs and implement the services.
Act as a lead in technical analysis, design and engineering of core business applications.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of the SharePoint Administrator:
A strong service-oriented ("Can Do") attitude, with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. Excellent communication skills with the end user, with the ability to work as a team player. Has an analytical and logical mindset when dealing with issues. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and specific documents, and perform troubleshooting skills. Ability to develop a project plan for implementing new installations or upgrades.
Demonstrated experience and expertise designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint 2010.
Windows Server 2008
Active Directory
Microsoft IIS
Working knowledge of SQL Server 2008
Experience working with clients to define needs or problems.
Active involvement in the design and implementation of systems including requirements gathering and assessment.
Ability to generate technical documentation for end users, system engineers, and/or developers.
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
Ability to troubleshoot application issues.
Sound analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
