Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, or via email Be knowledgeable in our products and services to provide the best solutions for our clients needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Work independently in a team environment to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience
Qualifications:
Must exhibit core values daily Strong organizational skills and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or related experience preferred A desire to learn Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to meet production standards and guidelines Salary and

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
