We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dietary Coordinator to join our team.
As a Dietary Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the dietary department and ensuring the provision of high-quality meals and services to our residents.

Duties:
- Plan and coordinate meal preparation and service in accordance with dietary guidelines and residents' preferences and prescribed diets - Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment - Develop menus that meet nutritional requirements and cater to specific dietary needs - Monitor inventory levels and order food supplies as needed - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' dietary concerns or restrictions - Oversee the bussing of tables and cleanliness of the dining area - Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and expenses Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines - Excellent cooking skills and ability to prepare meals for large groups - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction - Ability to lead a team and effectively communicate with staff members at all levels - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Flexibility to adapt to changing needs or situations We offer competitive pay based on experience.
