We are seeking a full time (approx 36 hrs a week) or part time (28-35 hrs a week) receptionist with enthusiasm and compassion toward both patients and owners.
Office hours are Monday-Friday.
Duties include:
answering busy phone lines (knowledge of VOIP) promptly and professionally, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out of the hospital, invoicing and processing financial transactions, and recording data accurately into a patients file.
Veterinary experience is preferred, but will train the right person that has the passion and knowledge of exotic animals.
Must have a strong background in customer service, and be able to work as part of a team.
Compensation listed may be modified pending applicant experience and skill set.
