The team of associates is responsible for all overnight cleaning in the store.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain high standards for cleanliness in the store Manage staffing/scheduling--including hiring and firing as needed Monitor associate productivity Communicate goals and motivate associates to reach them Conduct courageous conversations with associates to redirect as needed Demonstrate ability to solve problems and remain adaptable Collaborate with store leaders and peers across the store to ensure plans are in place to serve customers well Job Type:
