Weekly pay plus a potential sales commission of $300 to $1400 a month and a Store Manager bonus each month of 4% of the total profit for the store.
Here is the math:
$12hr at 40 hours a week = $24,960 a year.
$1400 a month = $16,800 a year $24,960
$16,800 = $41,760 a year $300 a month = $3600 a year $24,960
$3,600 = $28,560 Our sales associates make $28,560 to $41,760 a year if they are working full time.

Sales associate is our entry level position.
We offer 1 weeks paid vacation after 1 years employment, and 2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years employment.
