Our Store Managers need to be strategic in thinking, detail-oriented, very organized, a visible leader, and must have the ability to hold their teams accountable to results.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your service center and leader the team to profitability through managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as oil change count, sales, labor, customer satisfaction sores and more.

Your primary role as a Store Manager is to satisfy our customers.
It is imperative that you understand how serious we take our customer satisfaction core value.
This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that the operational procedures are completed on each vehicle, training of staff is completed, ease of speaking with customers, handling scheduling/staffing, maintaining a clean service center and meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities:
Uphold the Strickland Brothers core values as an ambassador to the brand in the field Contributing to meeting all budgets set forth (Sales, customer counts, labor, etc) Create a weekly, well-planned schedule meeting the weekly deadline as set forth by the Area Manager/Owner Helps ensure SBU is completed by all employees Compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations Store and Equipment Maintenance Effective problem solving skills/solutions with customers and employees Supervision and ensuring our policies and procedures are followed at all times Change oil on customers vehicles while providing the highest level of customer service Communicate with our customers with respect Help keep the service center clean Build a positive culture and positive working environment Participate in interviews and the hiring process
Qualifications:
Assocaite degree or equivalent experience in the field Customer service background is required Ability to use a point of sale system Great attitude Computer and technology skills are required Being able to read, write and understand simple math is required Other Expectations:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
