We are located on the border or Cabarrus and Rowan counties.
The perfect candidate will have experience in long term health care, preferably in an admissions, marketing or social service role and will be comfortable with marketing and public speaking.
As our Admissions and Marketing Director you will Respond to inquiry calls from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources.
Manage the admission process by maintaining updated bed availability and facility services information at all times.
Manage the inquiry process professionally, timely and with appropriate follow-up.
Process admissions paperwork, ensure appropriate payor source, etc.
and obtain signatures from residents or responsible parties prior to each admission.
Communicate with appropriate department supervisors regarding admissions, bed changes, and discharges Maintain a close working relationship with the Director of Nursing and the Business Office Manager to ensure appropriate and efficient decisions about prospective admissions Maintain a good working relationship with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the facility, and outside community health, welfare and social agencies Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the marketing programs of this facility Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff, and other related departments in marketing ideas Ensure the development and maintenance of a monthly marketing plan for the organization Job Type:
