The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily office administration tasks including processing paperwork, answering phone calls, and emails, typing, filing and arranging meetings and appointments.
The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
The Administrative Assistant works a variety of shifts depending on the workload and availability.
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules.
Answer phones.
Respond to emails and messages.
Organize master calendar.
Build relationships with clients.
Data entry.
Track task.
Ensure compliance with industry rules and laws.
