We are looking for a Service Manager that is an effective leader and communicator for our service department.
Candidate must be energetic, hard working, trust worthy, and a team leader.
Responsibilities -Oversee all aspects of a service department with up to eight technicians -Communicate and discuss with customers repairs needed on their equipment -Manage and schedule road technicians -Schedule service department jobs and work flow -Process invoices and check for accurate billing Requirements -Basic working knowledge of heavy equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine components -Ability to manage and lead others -Computer skills -Valid drivers license -Clean criminal background check -Understanding of dealer processes is preferred Benefits -Competitive pay -Medical and dental insurance -Holiday and vacation pay -Retirement plan Job Type:
